Is Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2016 or 2019 would be released in that year? I recently updated on my SharePoint Designer 2013 for Windows 8 but the future versions of SharePoint Designer would soon be released in that year.

Microsoft has announced that there will be no future versions of SharePoint Designer as it is being replaced by SharePoint Online and other web-based tools. Therefore, there will not be a Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2016 or 2019 released.
